COVID-19

 

PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ANSWER YES TO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
-I AM experiencing symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
-I believe I have been exposed to or cared for someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
-I have been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities.

 

STAFF COVID  POLICIES & PROCEDURES:

  • Prior to entry into our salon each day our staff members will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be located frequently throughout the facility as well as frequent hand washing. 

  • Our staff will be wearing face masks & we ask that our guests do as well. 

  • All used surfaces and equipment will be wiped down after every client with medical grade disinfectant. 

NO REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds of any kind. 

 

SALON GUARANTEE

The Current Marin is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your hair service please contact us within 7 days from your original appointment so we can arrange for you to come back in. If you are not using salon quality at home care products in order to support the longevity and integrity of your hair we cannot guarantee your hair color. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are very important to us at The Current Marin, Stylists &  are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.  If you cancel your appointment without providing 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled.  Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with The Current Marin. 

 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled.

 

TARDINESS:

  Here at The Current Marin we have a 10 minute late policy. If you are running late, please call or text ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at The Current Marin.

 

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is NOT given for a cancellation/rescheduling, The Current Marin reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

 

CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply “Yes” to in order to confirm your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and our cancellation fee.

 

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS:

 For the safety and sanitation of our guests, The Current Marin does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be redeemed for services and retail products only. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. 

 

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR THE CURRENT MARIN HAIR SALON.
